Redditch Revival Volunteer Network
Our shows raise money for Redditch charities. The Redditch Revival Volunteer Network gives them something just as valuable: local people willing to give their time.
The Volunteer Network is open to neighbours in Headless Cross, Batchley, Astwood Bank, Studley and across Redditch who are willing to lend a hand.
We put on nights that get this town talking. Beyond the stage, local charities are doing vital work every day. They are running support groups, keeping creative spaces open, helping young people build confidence through music and looking out for people who need support.
Most of them need willing hands far more than they need another cheque. The Volunteer Network is a list of local people who have put their hand up to be those hands.

Join the network and you are saying: at some point this year, when one of our Redditch charities needs a pair of hands, I will show up and give them a few hours.
Not a day off work. Not a rota. Not a standing order. A few hours, once a year, for your own town.
When the charities tell us what they need, we let you know. If you can make that one, you say yes. If you cannot, you wait for the next.
Earning your star
Everyone who joins and is verified goes on this page.
Once you have done your first stint, a Revival star goes next to your name. That is it. No leaderboard, no scoring, no competition. Two hours or two days, the star is the same, because turning up is the bit that counts.
The star is simply our way of saying thank you for giving your time to a local charity.

Every one of them is local. Every pound and every hour stays in Redditch.

Questions
How much time is this really?
A few hours, once a year. That is the pledge. Plenty of people end up doing more, but nobody is keeping score.
What would I actually be doing?
Whatever the charity needs. Setting up an event, helping on a stall, a bit of painting, sorting donations, driving something somewhere. The charity tells us, we tell you, you decide.
Do I need any experience?
No. Some roles need a DBS check or a short induction, and the charity handles that. Most do not need anything except you turning up.
Do I have to come to your gigs?
Not at all. The network is open to anyone in Redditch, whether you have been to one of our shows or not.
What if I join and never get round to it?
Then you sit on the list without a star until you do. No chasing, no guilt.
